Nikki Herrington

Hi, I'm Nikki! I have been in lending since 2005, I started out as a broker and recently returned as a broker for Nexa Mortgage that allows me to open up the avenues of lending and include loan programs such as DSCR loans, New Construction, Fix and Flips, Bridge loans and more. I am excited about joining the MBA and the Woman's Council to grow this aspect of my business.

I am also a mom of two adult kids, one is a Zag and the other is in college. I have two Australian Shepards and we love to camp and go on adventures! I look forward to learning and working with other members of this association!
