Please note: Master Builders Association of Pierce County requires its members to have a Washington State Business License/UBI number and that contractor members hold an active contractor registration with the WA State Department of Labor & Industries.

Builder / Remodeler Member* $ 590
A builder/remodeler member is a general contractor whose primary business is single-family home construction, remodeling, land development, multi-family, modular/panel, commercial construction or general contracting. Please note: Builder/Remodeler contractor members are required to hold an active general contractor registration with the WA State Dept of Labor & Industries. *Builders will be invoiced on a quarterly basis for expected Unit Contributions of $20 per single family home closing in Pierce County.

Associate Member $ 590
An associate member is any company other than a builder. Associate members include subcontractors, suppliers and any service provider companies. Please note: contractor members are required to hold an active contractor registration with the WA State Dept of Labor & Industries.

Education / Non Profit Member Please contact us to determine the fee.
Education/Non Profit membership may be granted to entities who are engaged in providing education and/or training to individuals wanting to enter the construction industry and who hold the requisite business licenses for that activity OR are Non Profit entities who provide community services related to housing or construction.

Professional Women in Building $80 one time
Professional Women in Building is the voice of women in the building industry. Dedicated to uniting, mentoring, and empowering women in the building industry, fostering a community that thrives on collaboration and shared success for all. The council offers networking and educational opportunities, along with professional and personal development.

Remodelors Council $80 one time
The Remodelors Council provides a forum for the remodelers in the association to present issues and programs related to the remodeling industry. Membership is open to all active Master Builder Pierce County members. Meetings are held monthly on the fourth Tuesday.

Emerging Professionals Council
Emerging Professionals Council is a networking group that empowers young leaders and professionals in the housing industry. Connect with fellow young professionals at events to help strengthen the future and legacy of Master Builders Pierce County. This group provides mentorship, leadership training, and education opportunities tailored to the needs of emerging industry professionals. Emerging Professional Council events are tailored (but not exclusive) to those under 45 years old. Events are open and encouraged for guests to attend.

Voluntary Contribution to MBA Pierce County Affordable Housing Council
The Affordable Housing Council is the political action committee for the Master Builders Association of Pierce County. Contributions are used to support housing-friendly Pierce County candidates.
