Awards Committee

Responsible for planning and managing the annual awards program at the year-end celebration.

Builders Group

The Builders Group is for all general contractors to network, share secrets about common business challenges and expand their product and general business knowledge.

Builders Group Steering Committee

Plans quarterly meetings and events for the Builders Group. Meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 8:00 am at the MBA Pierce offices.

DPC Steering Committee

Works to plan the schedule, activities and manage the budget of the Design Professionals Council. Meets at the discretion of the Chair.

Education Committee

Works to review MBA Pierce Education program and scholarship program.

Forum Meeting

Works to improve communication between the industry and local governments, provide information and discuss issues. Meetings are held four times per year at various locations.

General Membership Meetings Committee

Plans the General Membership Meetings including location, themes and topics.

Golf Classic Committee

Responsible for organizing the annual Golf Classic in early June. Meetings begin in February and are held monthly.

Legislative Strategy Committee

Monitors legislative issues at the city and county levels and develops association policies and action plans regarding those issues. Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday each month at 3:30 pm.

Membership & Spike Committee

Responsible for all matters relative to membership recruitment, retention, drives and Spike recognition.

President's Gala Committee

Responsible for the annual President's Gala. Meetings begin in September and are held monthly.

Public Relations Committee

Strives to create a positive awareness of MBA Pierce, provides communication ot members and the media and supports community outreach programs. Meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month at 2:30 pm at the MBA Pierce offices.

Remodelors Council-Remodeling Excellence (REX) Awards Committee

Plans the annual Remodelors Council REX Awards event. Meets at the Chair's discretion, usually beginning in February.

Remodelors Council-Steering Committee

Plans the activities, events, schedule and assists in giving input into all major RC events (Tour of Remodeled Homes, REX Awards, etc.) Meets every other month beginning in February just prior to the Remodelors Council Meeting.

Remodelors Council-Tour of Remodeled Homes Committee

Plans the Annual Remodelors Council Tour of Remodeled Homes (October 1 & 2, 2016). Participants in the Tour are required to participate in the Committee, other RC members welcome.

The Sponsorship Campaign (TSC) Committee

Works to create the annual sponsorship catalog and assists in promoting those sponsorships out to members.
