Description
Conflict happens. It’s an aspect of human relations that carries into every organization and at every level within the business. Managers who can manage conflict effectively – both up and down – will have more productive teams. This course provides a high level structure on how managers can learn to handle conflict and mediate conflict between employees or groups of employees when the communication breaks down between parties and the manager must step in to mediate.
