Join us for MBA Pierce's weekly Wednesday Lunch & Learn.
Scott Jones provides operational leadership for Newland's master-planned community, Tehaleh, spanning 4,756 acres with 9,700 homes. He is responsible for entitlement approvals, community master planning, infrastructure development, residential builder program and commercial parcel sales and leads an amazing team of operations and marketing professionals.
Scott will provide an update for Tehaleh, including history, development and sales patterns, marketing strategies and sneak peek of what's coming. He will also share lessons learned and challenges of Phase 2 entitlement approval process.
