The health and safety of our members is important to us. Due to COVID-19, this event has been cancelled.
Upon completion of this session, managers will have knowledge in the progressive disciplinary process and understand when it might be necessary to take action to improve performance. Interactive group learning provides a safe arena for developing and implementing a coaching and disciplinary action plan.
