We are pleased to introduce Business Development Manager Shelly Dunn from Quality Builders Warranty (QBW). 

She has worked for QBW for the past three years consulting with home builders to determine ways to make their day-to-day lives much easier. Prior to QBW, Shelly spent eight years as a business relationship manager for a national bank and got her start with a community bank in Oregon making lending decisions on residential construction loans.

Shelly will be discussing:

• Setting and managing homeowner expectations during final walk of home
• Who is the real winner in a court case, even if the judgment is in the builder’s favor?
• Home inspectors soliciting homeowners towards the end of one year warranty, best practices for responding
• Homeowner insurance VS. Builder responsibilities
