The Tacoma-Pierce County Affordable Housing Consortium is a nonprofit membership organization committed to advancing affordable housing solutions across Pierce County. We bring together developers, service providers, advocates, and community leaders to build and preserve housing that is affordable, accessible, and free from discrimination. Through advocacy, education, and collaboration, we work to ensure that everyone in our community has a safe, stable place to call home. Our work spans the entire housing continuum—from emergency shelter to permanent homeownership—because we believe housing is a human right. Together, we are building a stronger, more equitable Pierce County.
